Deploy account replica
About
Starts API server and trading terminal for trading account replica. This request will be ignored if the replica is already deployed
POST /users/current/accounts/:accountId/replicas/:replicaId/deploy

- 204 - Trading account was successfully deployed.
- 401 - Authorization failed. Response schema: Error

- 404 - Trading account replica with specified id not found. Response schema: Error
